Thin White Line revisited-for Windows 10 TH2-1511-10586 only

Almost 5 years ago I released my first theme for use with
Black Glass Enhance, Thin White Line. That theme evolved into
the Ultimate Clean series for both 7 & 8,which became
Black10 on Windows 10.Now I have combined all my favorite
things for all these themes plus a couple of new tricks and
come up with this final version in the series.

There are 4 versions included in the download, new features
include bottom mouse-over only Command Bar and mouse-over
and selected items in Explorer are done with a text color change
rather than a button or highlight color!
The 4 versions are skull\no skull
and light and dark secondary windows for both

    As with all my themes
Your system must be patched for 3rd party themes
Old New Explorer is also required
And the theme looks best when used with
Aero Glass and Black Glass Enhanced

    THIS THEME IS ONLY FOR
    WINDOWS 10 VERSION 1511 BUILD 10586

Thank you so much. It's themes like this that get used exclusively by people like me for years. Sounds so geeky, but it really matters when I'm the one who has to look at my OS every day. And bright white light coming from my monitor all the time is super annoying. Thanks again.

I'd like to note, that I was getting a bunch of white at the top part of my file explorer, but after un and re-installing OldNewExplorer, theme is fully functional.

Yes I have also seen that happen a couple of times with OldNewExplorer. Usually closing and opening Explorer a few times fixes it for me but it's something
I can live with until the developer updates the program
