Removing TItlebar Icon in top right corner and other things

Can someone please help me?

I need to remove the icon in the top left corner of the window as well as the text. I have made the opacity of the text in three areas in the windows-->frames-->DWM windows-->top-->Active, Inactive, etc all 0 but it did not remove the text completely

I also am trying to remove the Up arrow next to the back and forward buttons but cannot find a way to remove it.

Also I have this weird line that is showing up between the address bar and the menu bar. I thought it was in the background image for the top frame but it is not. I also then thought it was in the menubar background image but it is not. Any ideas???

Is that the only way? Because the icon in the corner never used to show up on other themes and even on this theme until I edited it the icon never showed up in the file explorer

The only way that no buttons appear (in the corners) is using "Old New Explorer", and of course depends on the theme you are going to edit.

Personally I find a use for it when using Windows 8.1 themes on build 10240 because ONE changes the explorer background blue.
