I've made two different timedate.cpls for you. One is based on the default with your HEX color code and the other is based on HUD.
There are two ways you can go about changing the timedate.cpl from the default white one to one I have provided.
The first is using CustomizerGod, but I don't recommend you doing this although you can try using it if this method doesn't work for you.

    1. Download and install TakeOwnershipEx https://winaero.com/download.php?view.16
    2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32 in explorer.
    3. Search with keys or scroll to timedate.cpl
    4. Right click timedate.cpl and select "Take Ownership". A popup will appear to confirm you get full access.
    5. Rename timedate.cpl to timedate.cpl.del
    6. Now go to the folder with the new timedate.cpl and copy/paste it into C:\Windows\System32.
    7. Log out and you should see the new timedate.

i notice by your screenshot that the one you based off the HUD clocks broke your clock settings. I have mine working great. What method did you use for yours?
