jarvis for win 10 10586 issues

i just installed jarvis and when i switch to it i get what you see in the bottom two images. the top two images are to show that custom themes do work correctly on my system, in fact jarvis is the only one this happens to. if it helps at all i used dhjohns allinone installer to patch the system. any suggestion and or ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance for any and all help.

grim if i read your one response about issues with jarvis the problem i'm having is because i didn't patch my system via the following instructions? not trying to be rude but seems silly just for one theme. as i said above other themes work just fine the way i have the system patched now. will using your way break my current themes?

If you re not using the Uxstyle method then download the Jarvis.theme file attached and just put the the Jarvis folder in the themes folder as usual, I will be happy when RS1 is released and we no longer have to worry about different patches.
