A Windows 7 theme by Mr Grim ported to Windows 10 by me

This will be the first time this theme has been ported to another version of Windows since Windows 7

Information

Tools you will need to make the theme look as pictured above:

- UltraUXThemePatcher or UXStyle or UxThemeSignatureBypass
- OldNewExplorer 1.1.7 or better
- StartIsBack++ 1.2 or better
- AeroGlass 1.4 or better
- Disable Immersive Context Menu.reg

To fix the text glow on the immersive menu go here.. Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > Window.. and change glowintensity to 30 or below

1.) fixed issues with start menu logoff button not being exactly in the right spot.
2.) Seems there was an issue with the "glow" on the right click menu on the start menu. I think this was caused by me not overwriting one file with another when I was originally working on the theme, however this should not be a problem now and is fixed.
