Classic Theme on Windows 10

Hello, community. I have one question to people who are experienced in Windows theming. I need to somehow make my Windows 10 styled as Windows 98 or Windows 95. I really enjoy that old classic look, though as far as I am aware real classic theme was removed entirely. I have found some ugly hack enabling it, but it lead to system crashes and explorer crashes on opening metro stuff. Is it possible to style Windows 10 to make it look identical to Windows 98? I have tried everything: high contrast themes, WindowBlinds and whatnot.
