DevilInside here's what I found out that I had to do to get it working again.

1. Go to C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WinX, and copy all folders to C:\Users\[user.account.name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WinX.
2. Restart Explorer.

This worked for me.
