Problem with theme taskbar and srart menu resetting

Hi all. I downloaded the hud theme and followed the guide to install, but every now and then things like the start menu and taskbar reset. Why is this and how do i fix it?

To use a registry cleaner (Advanced Systemcare or Ccleaner)?

Every time u clean with Ccleaner u modified the Windows registry (restoring the default theme)

when you're using a cleaning program ALWAYS keep it from touching the registry.
