all of the w8 and w10 icon packs supported w10 rs1 and higher rs2 rs3 rs4 rs5 and TH1 rs6 without update and any problem

actually just recently one meant for rs4 had to have one or more files in it adjusted to work properly on rs5, so i figured since this and the 7tsp version of this is older than the one that got fixed it would need fixing too.
