Here is a pink version of Ghostly I did by request
Thought maybe some of you would also like it

Your system must be patched to use 3rd party themes-I am using Ultra UXtheme Patcher
The newest version of Old New Explorer should also be used
StartIsBack can also be used with this theme if you would like
to have the Windows 7 style Start Menu and Taskbar

The icon pack I use can be found here virtualcustoms.net/showthread.…

THIS THEME IS ONLY FOR USE ON WINDOW 10 VERSION 1703 AND WILL NOT

WORK ON OLD VERSIONS OF WINDOWS.

But that link is old from 2013. Theres a link to d/l the OldNewExplorer but again its from 2013 and made for win 8 so i dont know if it'll work in win 10. Any thoughts?

That's the latest version, . There's no version newer than 1.1.8.4. Also if you look it says last edited April 3, 2016 which is when the latest version came out.

It's literally the exact same link as the url in Moonique's response.
