Smile How To Apply Themes In W/Media Player

I have one pc running W/10 v1703 x86, and one running W/8.1 Pro x86, and can't get any themes to work in WMP on either. I also have two other pc running W/10 v1703 x64, and themes work just fine in WMP. Any suggestions from anyone? Appreciated.

how do you apply your wmp themes? do you use 3rd party software or do you alter the involved systemfiles yourself?
Or did you mean your wmp theme does not follow the current windows theme?

    maybe do some screenshots

Sorry, I should have been more specific. Third party themes work just fine except in WMP, Still has a white background. Here is Windows 8.1 w/ Equinox theme:

Here is 8.1 WMP w/ white background still:

    Same issue with W10 v1703:

    W10 v1703 WMP w/ white background:

Wmp wont follow a 3rd party windows theme.
Wmp can be customized thru a systemfile called WMPLOC.DLL which is located in the "system32" and "syswow64" folders inside the windows folder.
if you open wmploc.dll with "restorator" or "resource hacker" you will see several folders inside. The images that make up the wmp interface will be in folder "257"
There you can replace them with your own images. Thats the only way i know of to customize wmp. Im sure there are other ways though
