Not as far as I know...
If you're looking to mess with the Ribbon, set your Visual Style's BTNFACE colour to #FFFFFF and BTNTEXT to #000000 (or vice versa), then take a look at the Bitmaps in UIRibbonRes.dll (in system32 for 64bit applications eg Explorer and sysWOW64 for 32bit applications eg WSB). Just don't resize anything, .
