What is the correct way of saving the theme ?

Hello,Okay so I've ported a theme for 7 to 8.1 and tested it successfully. It works fine, but when I copy the entire thing to %Windows\Resources\Themes and apply it through Personalization panel, it won't work.To test this error, I changed the fonts of a theme I'm currently using (8.1 theme). When I test it with VSB, it works fine but when I copy it to Themes directory and apply it from Personalization Panel, the Fonts doesn't change and remains what's defined in the theme.I'm speculating this has something to do with the way I'm saving the theme. What is the correct procedure for this please ? if anyone can help.Thanks
