Theme Stopped Working After Today's Update.. HELP!

Something weird happened today when win 10 updated to build 16299.248. After the update my theme no longer works. But it cant be the update because I'm running the same theme on my virtual machine with the same update and the theme is still intact there. I even switched to other themes and they dont work either. The only thing that changes is the titla bar color of the theme. Everything else stays like windows default.

Why is this happening and how do i fix this?

Are you using a theme patcher or Theme Signature Bypass?

Reason I ask is theme patchers have a tendency to break whenever Windows updates are put out, I use the Theme Signature Bypass to avoid all that drama, Windows updates have no effect on it.

I haven't used a theme patcher since Windows 7, I stick with just the TSB and never have a problem, no need on waiting on fixes whenever Windows Updates break the patch.
