After Win 10 Update, Theme No Longer Works.. Help !!!

After the latest windows 10 1803 update 2 days ago, my theme isn't working properly. What do I do to fix it? Do I have to install a new version of UltraUXThemePatcher?

So all I got to do is just download and install BlackThemeToolkit_v3.0.0.exe? And this will allow my theme to return to normal?

I uninstalled then reinstalled ultrauxtheme. But now the problem is I got the details pane at the bottom of windows explorer. I didnt have that before. How can I remove it? See the attachment and look at the part circled in red.
