since it was first released for Windows 7
Here is my latest version now updated for
Windows 10 RS5

Your system must be patched to use 3rd party themes-I am using Ultra UXtheme Patcher
The newest version of Old New Explorer should also be used

THIS THEME IS ONLY FOR USE ON WINDOW 10 VERSION 1703, 1709, , 1803 and 1809 AND WILL NOT
WORK ON OLD VERSIONS OF WINDOWS.
