ipack dont change icons

on windows 10 1803 i install ipack but the icons dont change i already tried reload,rebuild icon cache and nothings change

If you havent already, Disable Windows Defender temporary untill after you Install your Ipack

yes one problem can be antivirus but if your problem still persist then you can try this step
run iPack and before installer go to c/windows/system32 and take ownership all files before patching
example explorer.exe,imageress.dll and all other this step working everytime
