Thank you so much i just downloaded this tool ThemePatcher+.zip
and it is working amazing
but i need some help because im new here how to install a theme using it ?
do u have a tutorial ?

You don't use it to actually install the theme, just to let Windows use 3rd party themes. You can install everything, and then drop the themes into your windows\resources\themes folder. You will want to install either the UltraUXTheme patcher or the UXThemeSignature Bypass to enable the themes. The rest just enhances them. Just remember if you use a UEFI system, you must disable secure boot for the UXThemeSignatureBypass. They both work equally well in my opinion.
