Go WSB and Find your location here= Toolbars, Header & Rebar>Toolbar & Header>Items Veiw Header>Header Item> Text Colour:Colour I hope this Helps you out let me know by Personal Message if you need anything else Cheerz !!

Sorry, I don't need the textcolor, I mean the bluish background.

The Text Color and Background Fill Color are both together where I said you would find them theres one for each .

Sorry for the first reply, like you can see on the new screenshot I've found the solution for me but without your help I would have never looked into the header section.
