7tsp and iPack Gen-2 Plasma Blue Icon Pack for w7 w8 8.1 w10

I'm using 7tsp v0.4_B(2015). I'm not questioning your pack's build. I ave used 7tsp in the past myself for IPacks that i builded a few years ago and it was working great on W7. It seems to be a problem between W10 and 7tsp communication process. The Pack.ini file is there, i ave double checked it and is well configured. I was just asking here for any idea on how to fix this since i can't find a fix on the Web.
