ONE (OldNewExplorer)
OldNewExplorer is the Windows 10 (and Windows 8.1, and 8)
shell extension / tweaker which can undo "improvements" to file browsing made in newer Windows versions.
Everything is optional for your liking.

Recommended Prior to Applying Custom Themes
Create a Restore Point
Install Fonts included in the "Extras" folder
Apply System Metrics included in the "Extras" folder and logout or reboot
Install an iPack of your choice to change the system icons (check the Theme Extras section above for a link to the icons in the preview)!
Select the Theme's Start Menu and Taskbar in the StartIsBack++ configuration. If it's not a visible option to select the theme's start menu, apply your custom theme first!
Copy a Start Orb from the "Theme" folder to a new location, rename it, then open the StartIsBack++ configuration, click Add... select the Start Orb and click Apply.
I take no responsibility for anyone that bricks their system, use custom themes at your own risk!!

Thanks for getting this awesome theme over to 1903 for us..

I never have any real issues with any of the themes i download from you guys here however after installing this 1903 update to Blade, and the latest version of SiB and ONE, i find that although the theme applies and i can select a start orb through SiB as usual with no probs, its not skinning the taskbar. In fact its not even showing up in SiB appearance settings to be selected. I have latest versions of Theme Sig Bypass and UltraUXThemepatcher installed.

Any ideas off the top of your head? This worked OK for me in previous version.

{UPDATE}: For anyone else experiencing the same issue the fix is simple:

On some systems UltraUXThemepatcher is, for some reason, unable to take ownership of the three required files UXinit.dll, themeui.dll and uxtheme.dll in order to patch them. It will tell you it has, but when you reboot and go back into the UltraUXThemepatcher installer the files will again be showing "need patching".
You just have to take ownership of these files then go into their properties and give your admin account full control rights. Once done, reboot, login as admin, go back into the patcher installer and run it as admin again. This time they should patch ok. But to be sure reboot again, rerun installer and now they should show as "patching not required". Now you are good to go!
