Recommended Prior to Applying Custom Themes
Create a Restore Point
Install Fonts included in the "Extras" folder
Apply System Metrics included in the "Extras" folder and logout or reboot
Install an iPack of your choice to change the system icons (check the Theme Extras section above for a link to the icons in the preview)!
Select the Theme's Start Menu and Taskbar in the StartIsBack++ configuration. If it's not a visible option to select the theme's start menu, apply your custom theme first!
Copy a Start Orb from the "Theme" folder to a new location, rename it, then open the StartIsBack++ configuration, click Add... select the Start Orb and click Apply.

An error was detected in the Aero 7 Theme For Win10 1903 in the form of an artifact: if you run dxdiag, then in the video adapter tab and in the other tabs there will be a black square at the junction of the vertical and horizontal scroll bars. Please correct this error!

sorry for this i can try fix it later because i have more works now
thank you for the info i dont know all issues because this theme has been ported many times
from w7 for w8 then for w8.1 from 8.1 for w10 1507 from 1507 for november update 1511 then from 1511 for 1607 next for rs1-rs5 and now from rs5 for rs6 19h1 1903

And onather one bug: context menu on taskbar - when move mouse over menu commands they stay selected even when mouse moved out.

Why doesn't it change the minimize/close buttons? And the file explorer is no different. Just like the old Win 7 theme for Win 10.
