Windows 10 RS6 1903 : important INFO for iconpack makers
Hi all
Wanted to share something I played with since I update to 1903 build .
MS changed most of resources/ assets location ( usually system 32/ syswow64 ) to put them now in
C:\windows\systemresources with new extension to work with files ".mun" instead of .mui (which still exist in system 32 & syswow64 sub folders )
So we can now edit icons from this sub folder and after testing it seems very easier to edit "shell32.dll.mun " for example and as safe than for .mui files.Another example is you have now WMPLOC.dll named wmploc.dll.mun to edit windows media player skin
Though I don't figure out what does mun means ( multinational user n ?? )
Maybe Mr Grim vould you pin this ?
