Themeing Issue on 19H1

Hey guys, I have come across an issue in 19H1 that I am not sure how to fix, maybe someone here knows the answer.

I work a lot with notepad and have noticed that when trying to save a file when clicking File>save as or save, the tool bar in note pad turns white, see the screens below .

Just an FYI, this issue is not theme specific, it happens no matter which theme I am using. Is there a setting or reg file that can correct this?

happens on notepad++ too!!! i also would to know if there is a workaround to this

Now that I think about it , ever since Microsoft messed with notepad in 19H1 I can no longer use my Windows rollup software either because it makes notepad freeze in 19H1.

This is really no big deal, just more annoying more than anything else and would just love to know how to fix it.

Anytime I get a white bar I just run OldNewExplorer again and it fixes it for me.

yeah but that's not really a fix .. if you close & reopen notepad or notepad++ its fixed till you try to save again or open a file... would've been nice to have a full time fix

Sorry, i am not an editor or theme designer or even do anything with notepad except I save passwords on it to copy and paste into forums and other sites (no key logging).
And it does fix it for me, as I very rarely get a white bar. Just thought it might have helped
