Apply UltraUXThemepatcher first, Then OldNewExplorer, Then StartIsBack after this install RocketDock and Icon Themepak
I'm Running this on 1903 H1 RS6 using the most up to date Mods and can be found with the theme below in my One Drive acc.

I used Ultra UXThemepatcher 3.6.1 by Manuel Hoefs Zottel, StartIsback++2.8.8 by Tihy, OldNewExplorer
My Rockett Dock is from Blaze recolored by me and loaded with MSI Dragon Red Icon pak by DShepe and Moonique

finally here and is really amaaaaaaaaaazing my dear friend

impress!ve work and you are still better and better

only some issues after porting to 4K 5K 8K finding black text and running your original theme on DPI 100% and the same issue
if you know you can try fix this for the others

you can try run old new explorer on your pc but really excellent work
