Problem Applying Themes!

Hello Everyone, Hope you'r having a good day!👍
I have installed This theme today and i like it very much because of it's sound effects and animations, but i have some issues.
It generally applies throughout the system but it doesn't apply to the whole Control Panel UI like you see in the screenshot, the sidebar and topbar are still white which causes the whole theme to look really bad. I don't know what's keeping it from doing that so any help would be great.
This is how i've installed this theme.

Information

1. First installed UXThemepatcher. 2. Copied theme to Resources/Themes. 3. Apply the theme and reboot.

Hi Guyz, If you want to use the Start Menu and Taskbar made for the theme you will need StartIsBack installed Also.
