    I have re-installed windows with the 1909 ISO but no luck unfortunately. It's always reverting back to old style at second or third restart

    Edit: I have tried everything on my setup including reinstalling windows from scratch. I have observed that at the first restart the tool stops working. So this tool useless for me. Any other tool for this that you can suggest?
