Theme for Windows 10 1909 & 1903 Builds.

How To:
You'll need your system patched with UXThemePatcher.

You'll also need 'StartIsBack' to apply the start menu & taskbar style & 'OldNewExplorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
a)Extract the contents of the 'Theme' folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
b)From Personalization, select & apply the theme.

Additional:
Check the 'SIB Settings' screenshots included in the zip for theme specific settings in StartIsBack.

Disable new addressbar & searchbox feature of Windows 10 1909:
Windows 10 1909 aka 19H2 features an addressbar & searchbox which is wider than any before.
To restore the old searchbox & addressbar, from the 'Disbale Enable 1909 New Search' folder,
run the 'Disable New Search.cmd' file to disable & alternatively run the 'Enable New Search.cmd' file as administator to re-enable the new addressbar & searchbox.

as far as i'm aware, on windows 10 i don't think it's possible to insert any frames for user pic .. you'll need windows style builder to make the change
navigate to start menu> places List> user pane & check to userpic box to enable it

hello friends and yes you can use or change User Account Picture frame in the Windows 10 for every frame for what you like
just open Windows Theme File with Resource Hacker or with Restorator and change bitmap = 7013
if this file missing in the theme file just create a new one with original name and number
allow User Account Picture in the Start is back/Appearance menu thats all
