Thanks for answer, I have it right after I apply the theme/style. I disabled hibernate feature in Windows, so I don't use it for quite a long time so far.

That it might be something on my side, it's probably not just the theme itself because it display well in your original screenshot. Just wonder what cause and maybe there's a fix/work around I am not aware of.

Honestly, I even went to the point trying fix menu border in WSB manually, but still haven't figured out, even tried to replace graphic element, set gbtype, fillcolor, etc...strange problem. All looks fine in WSB in these locations below.

Lists, Menus, & Tabs > Context Menu > PopUpBorders
Lists, Menus, & Tabs > Immersive Context Menu > PopUpBorders
Lists, Menus, & Tabs > Immersive Dark Context Menu > PopUpBorders


I'm on Version 10.0.19041.685 (2004) and other themes work well.

EDIT2:
I managed to fix this one by change Bgtype to Borderfill, and Fillcolor to some darkgray color. But compare to original file unzipped, then the original file Bgtype set to "None", not sure why it didn't work in my system though.

But still I can't figure out how to hide/remove menu border completely (because set to "none" doesn't hide it, but make it bold white like 1st screenshot).
