No idea it's above my pay grade, but it is one of the first things I turn off after a fresh install as I only know english. Someone with theming talents will be here shortly though

Same here, I wouldnt have a (Scooby Doo) and Its also something I disabled after the last update to. I wish you could modify all the Static Icons for the Taskbar with WSB The clock to. Goodluck Mate
