The gray veil

Hello,

Got a problem with the themes. Do not know whether it has already been discussed or whether there is a solution.
Whenever I am on the desktop and press the control button, a gray veil appears around my icons.
It stays and only leaves with a restart.
I have Windows 10 1909.

Don't think this is a theme issue, more than likely a Windows Issue because I get the very same thing.

hello and if you are on 1909 19h2 what a Icon pack you are using
please use this HUD Machine blue ported for w10 19h1+ here

or you can try delete icon cache all saved thumbnails

run 7tsp GUI 0.6
click on add a custom pack = 7tsp HUD machine blue 19h1+
click on start patching
but first uninstall your old icon pack what you have already installed
or click on Restore = Restore modified system files

It was a complete failure.
Windows did not allow execution.
Kaspersky noticed a trojan and deleted the file.
