1.unzip our file
2.go to c/windows/system32 find and click Take Ownership themeui.dll and uxinit.dll file
3.for backup rename original files themeui.dll and uxinit.dll
as themeui.backup.dll and as uxinit.backup.dll and copy our files
4.restart pc or restart explorer.exe (File Explorer)
5.enjoy
