Convert from 10 to XP - am I Crazy?
I have a Windows 10 theme that I need to convert to XP msstyles format, so I can use it with a special piece of software that lets me skin my VB .NET application (only). I.e. I can make my app look a certain way, and it doesn't affect the user's desktop. However it only works with XP themes, and I have one for 10 that I really, really like and so I'm wondering what is the level of effort involved? (I have another one for 7 that's pretty good, if that's any easier.) I am thinking of hiring someone that knows what they're doing, but I have no idea how big an effort this is. I'm pretty technical since I program and I do a lot of normal graphics work, but I've never done themes.
