I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data and in some cases reduces there size significantly.

Mr GRiM and Razorsedge deserve full credit for creating the icon designs.
They were all imported by me from their 7tsp counterparts originally for Windows 7.
Any recolors that weren't available on Windows 7 were done by me.
These icon installers were made using iPack Builder v2.2, Restorator and PhotoShop.

Some of the older icon packs have been merged with the HUD icons so that there won't be many default icons to be seen with any of the packs.
There are some limitations in iPacks, namely there will be missing icons in Control Panel and the icons in shell32 cannot be changed with iPack.
In addition, I have included the File Explorer and Task Manager icons to be changed manually, since they can't be changed on newer versions of Windows.

All in all these are the best and most up to date icon packs for Windows I have ever released.
When I switched to Windows 10, I decided to finish what I started with my iPacks and to update them for better compatibility on Windows 10.
Everyone will be able to find a color they like, all the bases should be covered in that regard.

One last thing, please don't request me to port an icon pack that I haven't included, I chose these carefully and selected my own, or what ones I enjoy the most.

Installation Walkthrough

Always make a restore point before installing any custom icon packs.

Installation:
Open up 7TSP & click Add a Custom Pack & select the icon pack you want to install.
Click on Start Patching.
By default 7TSP will create a restore point & install the icon pack.
Once installation is done reboot & you're done

if you downloaded and are running the 7tsp GUI v0.6(2019).exe file in Moons first post, it works on Windows 10, I have ran it, you should be able to click through the Windows 7 warning. If you are running an older version of 7TSP it probably will not work.

Yes, I have the 2019 v0.6 of 7tsp, I try many other methods, but no results, I also have net framework 3.5 and up. Maybe it won't run cause I'm on 2004 ver of Windows..

if you have downloaded v1 of the ipack you can just open and run it but the v2 download is for 7tsp run the 7tsp application in admin mode and when you choose the icon you want click open and choose the icons still in the winrar format

Are you runnining UltraUXthemepatcher 3.8.1? Im running it on w10 2004 and it works fine for me using the settings in my screenshot, also have a look at app and browser controls in defender and disable it and try again.
