you may update classmaps Mr Grim release for latest builds like for 1903 here

Make a search if you want theme under 1909 builds I 'm still using original WSB 1.5.3 so not very aware of recent classmaps
EDIT: you also have to check nodes
Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Details > Shadows > Top
Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Details > Glows > Text
