I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

Install Fonts included in the "Extras" folder

Ok, after 30 min of testing, here is what I got.
The MUI Side images from Apocalypse has only bug on button images, other are working fine. I'm on Windows 10. 2004. 19041

The MUI Side images from HUD Evolution are working fine on 1903 and 2004, I test it, they don't have any bugs

and it has same bug with button tab.

one of the last updates moved again some of the new system files
this image has been moved from the
C:\Windows\System32\en-US\main.cpl.mui
to the C:\Windows\SystemResources\main.cpl.mun
Mouse properties (Buttons) need to replace in the main.cpl.mun file
main.cpl.mun\bitmap\100
and need to save this file as main.cpl.mun.res

ooooohhh, so that's what that was for... ok will def have to re apply it then. Seems it must have gotten removed when I redid one of my Icon Packs
