In dark mode, how to make Windows File Explorer use a title bar different from other places?

I believe that Windows in dark mode alone provides a title bar for the dark file explorer, although I have not found it.

Currently I know that the color or style of the title bar can be changed as follows

First place:
Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics> Colors (Globals), set ColorizationColor, if the title bar image is empty, the fill color is determined by the value there.
Here the color is not effective for dark windows

Second place:
Windows & Caption Buttons> Aero> DWM Window> Frames> Window> Top
This is the title bar image. If the part of the image used as the text background is not completely transparent, the text background color is filled with the first color, and other areas are filled with the image.

The effect is shown in this post.
The picture here can be effective for both light and dark windows.

As we all know, Windows separately color the file explorer in dark mode, most of which are located in
Windows 10 Dark Mode
But the title bar is not included. So where is the title bar in dark mode, especially the resource or color settings of the title bar of the file explorer?
