Having Problems getting taskbar and windows to display correct content

Im doing a reinstall on my computer, this is the last time i want to try this, so im going to ask for you guys to walk me through this.'

im on 1902 windows. HOME

I previously installed

Startisbackplusplus
oldnewexplorer
ultraUXthemepatcher
ThemeSignature Bypass.

I got the theme to show up from the properties, customize, theme list.
The sounds work and the mouse cursor worked and the background.

But the windows and task bar and all that were the same as before.

before I start this process again and risk having to reboot can someone walk me through this?


Im also a graphic designer, I was wanting to learn how to make my own themes.

But I was going to just redesign the themes from someone else and copy over there data files cause I have no idea what im doing.

please run again UltraUXTheme patcher as Administrator
and check if is your system files really patched
