What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to make my own start orb and it doesn't come out properly at all and I cant figure out why.

I sent attachments of what it looks like once I apply it and the original BMP file I made. Any help would be appreciated

G day TG, I downloaded it and Had a look at it,Its working fine on W10 2004, maybe compare this with a working one for W7 for the right sizes

this is a subject that I understand a little to talk about haha
first step,always create in ".PNG" format to get the best possible resolution ^.^

second,use "Start Orb Creator Studio" for advanced options,it's much better than many I've seen around the internet
because you can rezise,change glow color and have some cool features =DD

or for skilled you can change your start orb with editing original start orb in the explorer.exe
C:\Windows\explorer.exe
i think this problem is because w7 using for Start orb .PNG file
and w10 using for Start orb .bmp file
if you are on w7 you can change Start orb with Theme resource changer
just copy your custom start orb to the Theme directory
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\*your custom theme name*\explorer.exe folder
