I've been noticing this pop up every time my mouse goes to the top center of my screen for some time now and in my honest opinion... I want it gone. it gets in the way of my opened windows


Unfortunately I don't know how it got there or what it is part of. All I know is that it is annoying asf .


Please let me know what it is and how to turn it off if anyone knows.
