customizing a windows iso
Evening every one. I have been working on some system customizing and have a got a really good system worked out, still have a few more visual things to do with the taskbar, but have ran into a wall. i would like to know how I can customize the taskbar, not just with different color schemes but the actual physical look of the taskbar. I have seen all the themes and think there great but I wanna learn how to do it. Is there a program that will help with all f this ?.
2ND question. I want to build my own operating system. Like the custom one's I see online all the time. I have tried a few and tore them down thinking i may be able to learn how it works and where it goes. I want to be able to turn my system into a programmable iso like how a windows iso or system setup CD's. Can someone help me figure this out please. Thank you much
