I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

Installation:
Open up 7TSP & click Add a Custom Pack & select the icon pack you want to install.
Click on Start Patching.
By default 7TSP will create a restore point & install the icon pack.
Once installation is done reboot & you're done

Monica, thank you for helping me out. Can we make the same icons still the ipack installer (exe) for the same version of windows, or whatever icons I install with 7tsp 0.6, they don't come back to the standard ones and have to execute the command sfc /scannow every time. Here, the ipack (exe) installer works fine (install and return as expected). Even after a clean windows installation, the 7tsp icons are installed and cannot be reset by the program.

sorry about this but iPack is really primitive appl and know to replace only some files without real problems and not supported Windows 10 1903 19h1+

because Windows 10 using the new Specific C:\Windows\SystemResources directory
more of the .dll .exe .cpl .etc files has been moved to the new directory and this files has been now saved as .mun
iPack dont know to replace this icons in this directory
only the 7tsp has been updated for works on Windows 10 19h1+
and you not need to use sfc/scannow
just Run 7tsp as Administrator and click on Restore
Restore modified system files to before 7tsp was used

7tsp know all modified files and system backups
C:\Program Files (x86)\7tsp\backup

i am glad is all ok now
and to the future please dont use sfc/scannow
sfc/scannow replace all modified files to the windows default
sfc/scannow locks all files and you need to use Take Ownership for unlock it (UltraUxTheme patcher) etc
just Run 7tsp as Administrator and click on Restore
Restore modified system files to before 7tsp was used
if you restart your PC and some icons not be replaced to the default
just Run 7tsp as Administrator and click on
Restore/Refresh Icons
this delete your old icons in the Icon Cache history
or just Run 7tsp as Administrator and click on
Program/Clear Icon Cache
or here is the little tool for Refreshing Icons and for deleting the Icon Cache history
