but among these 3 tools secureuxtheme ultrauxtheme patcher v4.1.1 or uxtheme patcher which one should you use to avoid problems?

I agree with Moonique, UltraUXThemepatcher v4.1.1 exe is your best bet and as soon as an update is ready Moon posts them here, also there's a few others you could use but Personally I always use UltraUXThemepatcher by Manuel Hoefs.
