G day Mate, I suggest first go to your settings Select Personalize and then Colors select your color there and check the title bars and windows border down the bottom.

wsb -> Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics
check there, it looks like you have exhibeted a bug that looks like something i saw before with use of Aeroglass.

try this go to your wsb open your theme find windows & caption then dwm window select frames window and top click arrow next to top and it opens a list
