I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

Recommended Prior to Applying Custom Themes
Create a Restore Point
Install Fonts included in the "Extras" folder
Apply System Metrics included in the "Extras" folder and logout or reboot
Install an iPack of your choice to change the system icons (check the Theme Extras section above for a link to the icons in the preview)!
Select the Theme's Start Menu and Taskbar in the StartIsBack++ configuration. If it's not a visible option to select the theme's start menu, apply your custom theme first!
Copy a Start Orb from the "Theme" folder to a new location, rename it, then open the StartIsBack++ configuration, click Add... select the Start Orb and click Apply.

Installation:
Open up 7TSP & click Add a Custom Pack & select the icon pack you want to install.
Click on Start Patching.
By default 7TSP will create a restore point & install the icon pack.
Once installation is done reboot & you're done

Yeah not too long after I made that post I actually went back to win 10 22h2, you're right it was an insider build and HOOOOO BOI, not even remotely stable and the vanilla entirely unmodified file explorer was NOT playing nice haha.
Now I face a similar but different question though, will this theme work on 10 22h2? I was trying last night and I got it MOSTLY working but for some reason the custom start menus and taskbar just did NOT want to show up in StartisBack and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what I had done wrong.

I really love your packs. I wish there was a way to alter every single icon that is in existence so that it matches the theme of my system. Also, I have a question about fonts...maybe you can help me? Please? I would greatly appreciate any input. I hope you have a great day.

So you want every icons from the i-pack individually..and well you can get every icons individually..you'll need to use RESTORATOR to extract every icons from the i-pack..

And about the icons customization..Maybe you can't change the icons except the 5 default icons that appears on the desktop screen..

And about the fonts..yes..you can definitely use random font ...you'll need to change the font from the .msstyle file using WINDOWS STYLE BUILDER...

I don't know why most of my message wasn't posted. The formatting was weird when I tried to do it from my phone. Anyway...what I had said was, where can i get restorator? And, the thing about fonts was really about whether there is a way to adjust individual font sizes on my system. In previous versions of windows the user was able to customize different fonts like title bar, inactive title bar, tool tip, etc...but, it doesn't allow this almost at all...I have some eyesight issues and so I would really love to be able to make certain fonts bigger, without having to scale my entire system...does that make sense? I don't know ... if I'm asking this in the wrong place, please let me know.... thank you again.
