Looking for Obsidian Gal theme for 1903

Hello, I used to use a theme called Obsidian Gal that was posted on here in the past. The version I had was for Windows 10 1903 but it seems to have been deleted, the only one I could find says it's for 1809 and seems to be a little bit different. Does anyone still have the download for the newer version for 1903?
