    Auto Compiler for Discord Coding Community's collection of Native Apps





    Details



    • Supported OS: Windows 2000 - 10
    • Requirements: NodeJS, Python 3.7+, nativefier, castlabs evs
    • Native Apps: AllBad.Cards, Skribbl.io, DragonBound,, Stadia, 4Anime, Crunchyroll, YouTube, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube Music, YouTube Studio, Virtual Customs, Webtoons



    Instructions
    Perform the following steps in order.


    Step 1: Install the Dependencies


    1. Download and install NodeJS. You can find NodeJS [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
    2. Download and install Python 3.7 or higher. You can find Python [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
    3. Open cmd.exe and type npm install -g --upgrade nativefier to install and/or upgrade nativefier and wait for it to finish.
    4. In cmd.exe run python3 -m pip install --upgrade castlabs-evs to install and/or upgrade Castlabs_EVS and wait for it to finish.
    5. In cmd.exe run python3 -m castlabs_evs.account signup to create a Castlabs_EVS account and follow the prompts.


    - Example:

    python3 -m castlabs_evs.account signup
    Signing up for castLabs EVS
     - A valid e-mail address is required for account verification
    >> E-mail Address []:
    >> First Name []:
    >> Last Name []:
    >> Organization []:
    >> Account Name []:
    >> Password []:
    >> Verify Password []:
    Confirming EVS account
     - A confirmation code has been sent to your e-mail address
    >> Confirmation Code []:
    Discarding authorization token(s)
    Refreshing authorization token(s)

    Step 2: Build the Native Apps


    1. Clone the following github repo to any folder on your system.
      Code:
      https://github.com/Discord-Coding-Community/Native-Apps-Compiler
    2. Navigate to the internal scripts/build folder and run the build.exe file. then wait for it to finish.
    3. Navigate to the internal scripts/sign folder and run the sign-pkg.exe file. Then wait for it to finish. [This will open multiple command windows in order to sign your Native Apps. This is expected, please be patient as they complete]




    To-Do


    • Rebuild the compiler to give people the option to choose which apps are being compiled.
    • Package dependencies into the internal src/deps directory to reduce setup requirements.

    • Rebuilt into NAC.exe program to simplify the installation process [Note: 'NAC' is short for 'Native Apps Compiler'].
