Icon Pack has been ResRebuilded

I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

Installation:
Open up 7TSP & click Add a Custom Pack & select the icon pack you want to install.
Click on Start Patching.
By default 7TSP will create a restore point & install the icon pack.
Once installation is done reboot & you're done

Sorry for the way OT here !!! but any idea why the file explorer goes to white background after powering off & on the pc !!!? ( how to fix it if possible !?, thanks a million ) , this happens with all icon packs !!? , my win ver is 10 ( 21h1 ) btw

and if i dont have free time for all threads
but if have someone the same problem with white colors (white explorer) control panel , task manager .etc
the best way is using SecureUXTheme tool
you need to run this theme tool as Administrator
now click on Rename DefaultColors and click on Install
this remove default white areas after sleep and wake up
this tool can be use on both system on Windows 10 and on Windows 11
