    Custom color for Navigation Pane
    Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics (WINDOW)



    Custom Color for Explorer (File Explorer)
    Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView (FILLCOLOR)
