Open Up The 7TSP Software.
Click Add a Custom Pack & Select the Icon Pack You Want to Install.
Click on Start Patching.
By default 7TSP Will Create a Restore Point & Install the Icon Pack.
Once The Installation Has Finished >>> Reboot Your PC / Laptop.
Your Done ===>> Enjoy.

again some tips for you
your Icon Pack for Windows 10 19h1+ includes duplicated files
this files really not exist in the system32 directory syswow64 directory
all of this files has been moved to the new directory
C:\Windows\SystemResources directory
and need be saved only as .mun
just remove your duplicated .res files from your icon pack
if someone using your custom icon pack
after 7tsp patching your custom icon pack created automatically a fake files and subfolders in the system32 and syswow64 directory
remove
imageres.dll.res , imagesp1.dll.res , notepad.exe , shell32.dll.mui , themecpl.dll , zipfldr.dll
